  @ChaseSupport I just spent 3 hours vis phone booking flights with an airline credit. Your agents don’t speak my language and made an error which cost me $200 extra, nullifying my credit. The supervisor told me she is not allowed to correct and re-issue the ticket. NEVER AGAIN.

  Got scammed by a fake @zillow listing through @chase zelle pay. Chase employee employee told me, "Oh we can't help you. Neither can the phone line, but you can call but they won't help" she wouldn't even let us sit at her cubicle until we told oh we wanted to apply for credit.

  @Naniboujou @Chase @Visa Same here, first time I waited 70 min before hanging up, 2nd time I waited 2 hours in a branch while having another banker waiting on hold with me. Chase's fraud detection algorithm is a sh*tshow, complete joke, and their fraud service is way understaffed.
