6 Lessons about life everyone should know…I’ve read a lot of great quotes about life, but these really stuck with me..1. Life is short. Spend it with people that make you happy.2. Nobody is always on top of their game. We are all hurting, learning and growing. Everyone has their own path3. You can’t fall behind in your own life. You will always be where YOU are meant to be. 4. You can’t protect your heart by acting like you don’t have one.5. Love what you have, before life teaches you to love what you lost.6. Love yourself. Not the idea of others loving you. Enjoy your weekend my friend! —♻️ Repost this and share with others! ⚡️Follow me, Mayaaz Reza for more visuals and tips to get 1% better everyday.

A technique that is changing my life...The "Ideal Day" Exercise:A productive day starts the night before. The 10/90 rule states that 10% of the time planning can save up to 90% of your time on a task. Here’s how to do it:1. Visualize your perfect day, from start to finish.2. List everything your ideal day would include.3. Prioritize these activities by importance.4. Block out time for each activity.5. Adjust the schedule to make it feasible.6. Start implementing changes into your daily routine.7. Review and Adapt: At the end of each week, assess how close your days were to ideal and adjust accordingly.Highly recommend you give it a shot. —→ Repost this & share with others ♻️. → Follow me, Mayaaz Reza for more daily visuals & tips to get 1% better everyday.

An idea that changed my life (and will change yours too)No zero days.By the time you read this I’ll be on a flight to China. — But here I am. Here’s the concept: no day should pass without some contribution to your goals, however small it may be.Slow progress > No progress.Just “showing up” can do wonders:1. The first step is always the hardest but before you know it you’ve taken a few more and now you’re off and running.2. Like I said yesterday, consistency compounds. Small drops of water can fill huge buckets given enough timeNext time you’re not feeling up to it, just remember: One step in the right direction can make all the difference. These are the days you’ll look back on and be most proud of.P.S. I’ll see you in the comments when I land. —→ Repost this & share with others ♻️. → Follow me, Mayaaz Reza for more daily visuals & tips to get 1% better everyday.

You don’t need motivation. The Rule of 100:If you spend 100 hours a year on something.(which is only 18 minutes a day)You'll be better than 95% of the world in that discipline. If you consistently work on your goals every day.Your progress will compound.Just 1% better every day compounds into 37x better by the end of 1 year. There’s won’t be a "perfect time." Don’t count the days, make the days count.P.S. What are you spending your 100 hours on?—→ Repost this & share with others ♻️. → Follow me, Mayaaz Reza for more daily visuals & tips to get 1% better everyday.

Why you should try lots of different things. We are in the age where it’s easier to be good at a lot of things rather than being amazing at just one.You can become a writer, artist, marketer, movie maker, athlete, or anything else you're curious about. You don't have to stick to just one thing anymore. - There are online courses- There are tutorials on YouTube. - There are apps and websites to help youThe internet gives you the power to learn fast and see results in many different areas. There are no limits except the ones you set. —→ Repost this & share with others ♻️. → Follow me, Mayaaz Reza for more daily visuals & tips to get 1% better everyday.

How to get things (you don’t feel like doing) done..Motivation ≠ ActionIn reality, it’s more like this:Small Action → Motivation → More ActionUse this system to get started:1. Remove digital clutter:- Being surrounded by digital distractions gives you more reasons to procrastinate.2. Remove physical clutter:- A cluttered room = cluttered mind.- Get your surroundings in order.3. The Habit Stacking Method: - Pair a new desired action with an existing habit. - The existing habit provides the initial spark.4. Commit absolute focus for just 5 minutes:- That tiny first step provides the motivation to continue.5. The Premack Principle: - Do a small action you need motivation for first.- Reward yourself after with something you like.- The reward reinforces the motivation loop.Once you start going, keep going.YOU control your motivation. It doesn’t control you.Set goals based on who YOU want to become.Motivation will come a lot easier. The key to long term success is to “keep on, keeping on.”—→ Repost this & share with others ♻️. → Follow me, Mayaaz Reza for more daily visuals & tips to get 1% better everyday.

A concept that has changed my thinking & decision-making...Inversion Thinking. It’s easier to see the worst path than it is to find the perfect one.Similarly,It's easier to know what you don't want - from reflection and experience - than it is to know what you want. The best way to solve a problem?1. Find out what will guarantee failure2. Do the exact opposite."It is sometimes better to approach a difficult problem backward." - Charlie MungerGive it a try, see how it goes.
