This past few weeks has been mentally challenging for me 😔Each day I tired to put up a good front, but emotionally I was gone 😩To the point I had to seek medical help, even when I thought I was strong enough. Walking into the doctors office, I was filled with tears and couldn’t process my feelings. With lots of stress laying on my already cluttered mind. I eventually tried to put my feelings into words. And after consultation, The doctor suggested a book for me ‘Mindfulness’. He said, Do this daily Mindfullness exercise, and you will be fine. He said, try five-minute breathing exercise in the morning. Meditation exercises which well gently bring back your attention anytime your mind wanders. For the couple of days I did this☝️I felt inner peace within my self. And will be exploring more into the book this weekend. Ps: People are going through one thing or the other, lets not forget to show grace and compassion. ♻️Try practicing this mindfulness steps in your daily routine. ♻️wishing you all a great weekend filled with love 💕#mindfullness

“The beauty in peer-to-peer learning for an Analyst” Different people learn differently, but peer-to-peer learning is a faster way to learn. It gives you this comfort and confidence to share knowledge and learn from different perspectives. Imagining! Learning from a teammate, you’ll feel more comfortable, relaxed and not pressured. You develop new skills learning from peers, because everyone is excited to share knowledge.Collaborative discussions with peers give you more innovative ways to solve problems. With peer-to-peer learning you’re sure of continues work improvement. 📌Peer-to-peer learning enhances both individual capabilities and overall team effectiveness. ~~Like the saying “Iron sharpens iron”Ps: I will love to see more peer-to-peer learning in organizations, where we can come together to share idears and knowledge. ♻️Let me know your thoughts in the comments about peer-to-peer learning✌🏼#implementationanalyst #softwarelover #Softwareimplementation #thoughtprovocking #thoughtfulleader

I remember being part of a team that were to manage a software implementation project for an outlet with multiple locations. At first we were excited about the project, because it was huge, “more like a big client“ little did we know we were about to experience a long lasting lesson. As we began implementing for the different locations we quickly realized the countless level of risks that lay ahead. And this risks were not managed properly which brought about the failure of the project, but we were left with lessons 👇🏼📌We learnt to implement communication strategy to help breach the gap between team members which included regular video conferences, and detailed documentation to ensure everyone was on the same page, regardless of their location. 📌We learnt the importance of standardization where by team members are constantly reviewing the software features and regular knowledge-sharing sessions to maintain quality standards throughout the project.📌We learnt the importance of implementing comprehensive testing framework that encompassed unit testing, integration testing and end-to-end testing at each stage of development. To help the team address potential issues early. Ps: At the end we lost the client but gained knowledge of better ways to handle multiple location projects.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~♻️I will like to hear your experience and lessons learnt from losing a client or deal✌🏼 #implementationanalyst #softwaresolution #ERPexpert #thoughtfulleader

Have you ever wondered where the success of a software implementation project lies. Does it lie with how good the software is or the implementation analyst? The role of the implementation analyst has never been more crucial. They are the architects of innovation, the guardians of functionality, and the catalysts for organizational growth. A company may have good software product to sell but the keen eye of an implementation analyst makes the project a success. The impact of an analyst goes beyond the technical realm. They are the bridge between technology and people. From the planning stage, to testing, to integrating the new system. All so people can embrace technology. Anytime you admire a beautiful software, remember the heroes behind the scenes- the Implementation Analyst. Who with their expertise and dedication keep paving the way for organizational success, and guiding people towards a future filled with endless possibilities and unmatched efficiency. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~♻️Let me know your thoughts in the comment Ps: Welcoming you all to a productive new month 💃🏼#implementationanalyst #thoughtfulleader #softwarelover #newmonth #productivity

~Bullying is now the order of the day😔I came across a video of a school girl slapping another girl, and this made me relive my school days. I began to ask questions like.. why is much emphasis not paid to bullying? Bullying goes beyond school environments even in the work space, bullying can occur, casting a shadow over the positive atmosphere the office space is suppose to maintain. From subtle acts of undermining a person, to clear display of haressment, office bullying can have a profound negative impact on a person which can lead to depression and anxiety.I saw a friend of mine cry everyday after work due to office bullys 😔and I refuse to accept this as a norm. It’s time to shine more light on the issue by creating awareness, providing education and implementing policies and procedures that tackles bullying in our environment so people can feel safe, respected and valued. It’s time to cultivate a culture where kindness, empathy and professionalism are not just encouraged but expected. 🍀Let us all come together to create an environment where bullying has no place to thrive. 🍀Together we can stand up against bullying of any kind and pave the way for a healthier and happier environment. #20daylinkedinchallengewithhaoma #implementationanalyst #softwarelover

In the moment of reflection that I realized the profound significance of the people that have crossed my path off and during this #20daylinkedinchallengewithhaoma From the mentors who have shared their wisdom and guidance and shaped my professional journey, to the connections who became friends. Each individual who has touched my life deserves recognition and appreciation. I just want to take a moment to express my gratitude to Tolutope Akeredolu a Boss, Mentor, and Teacher for shaping me, inspiring me and supporting me all through my time at OyaSync . Thank you sir 😘Because of your influence, I have grown, learned and becoming the best version of myself. During this challenge I have formed meaningful connections that have reminded me to stay on the path of consistency, and I want to appreciate Haoma Worgwu for this opportunity to meet like-minded individuals. Like the saying “We are all threads in the drapery of existence” and that each thread, no matter how seemingly insignificant, plays a vital role in creating a richer, more vibrant whole. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~🍀Appreciate someone, a mentor or a friend in the comment #mentor #20daylinkedinchallengewithhaoma#implementationanalyst #softwarelover

“Solving the problem of software user training needs”I have seen most projects fold due to not having detailed and comprehensive training package for the users. And to address the need for user training, I plan to develop a comprehensive training plan that will focus on ensuring the smooth adoption of new systems. Here’s how I plan to approach it: 📍 Assessment: Conducting assessments to identify the specific training needs of different user groups within the organization. This will involve surveys, interviews, or observation to understand their existing knowledge and skills. 📍Customized Training Modules: Creating tailored training modules based on the assessment result, that covers the functionalities of the new system relevant to each user group’s roles and responsibilities. 📍Training materials: Creating user-friendly training materials such as user guides, manuals, and tutorials to serve as reference materials for ongoing learning. 📍Online Resources: Establishing an online platform/portal where users can access training resources at their convenience. This will include videos tutorials, FAQs, and discussion forums. 📍Continuous support: This will involve periodic refresher courses, and Q&A sessions.📍Feedback Machanism: Creating feedback machanism to gather insights from users about their training experience and identify areas for improvement. With this training plan users are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively utilize the new system. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~🍀I am open to collaboration in solving this problem.~Will like to know in the comments what other solution is missing in this plan.Wishing you a productive new week😘#softwaresolution #implementationanalyst#newweek #problemsolving #20daylinkedinchallengewithhaoma

Colleague’s like no other 😍This picture here reminds me of resilience, determination and focus 🧘♀️ Once upon a time, after the launch of a beautiful ERP software solution that was well suited for the fashion industry. I and my colleagues Joseph Beatrice, Sarah Ochela embarked on the journey of giving the software the visibility it deserves😎Did we succeed or did we fail?? Let’s continue to see🤷🏽♀️We started by having a Demo presentation with a remarkable figure in the fashion industry, to showcase the real impact the software will have on streamlining operations. Real-life examples were shared about the pain-point of designers, how the software can calculate costing and sort out fabrics. Every concern was attended to with both positive and constructive feedback. And at the conclusion of the Demo, we took a moment to celebrate our success achieved so far. Recognizing the collective effort we all put in to make the impossible happen (Women in Tech😄)Paving way for a transformative journey ahead. Here to wishing these beautiful ladies,☝️and everyone a productive weekend ahead😘#20daylinkedinchallengewithhaoma #womenintech #growth #lifelonglearning #tgif #software #implementationanalyst
