It’s not even a question to the minimally well-informed. It’s just a fact. Every national entity that has studied this has concluded that the evidence to support it is low to very low quality and therefore its use in uncontrolled setting is inappropriate.
Which is no surprise since the Endocrine Society, whose recommendations are the linchpin of the US astroturfed pseudo-consensus in favor of blockers themselves rated the quality of that evidence low to very low.

Pediatric transition is best understood and framed as a medical scandal involving the widespread adoption of non-evidence based practices by clinicians who have succumbed to a cult-like dogmatism. It should be framed as a violation of medical ethics first.
That the Democratic party is fully committed to entrenching, expanding, and securing from any scrutiny this ongoing scandal makes it a matter of partisan politics, but the ultimate resolution involves moving beyond culture war.

Very easy to see how TERF's came to believe that a movement seeking to impose unwanted men into spaces designed to protect them from unwanted men is an expression of male dominion.
But it's a different trajectory that is at work here: it's the belief that my feelings determine who I am and anything that resists recognition of those feelings is a violence to me that the American administrative and corporate states have chosen to embrace
