Top 5 Titles Coming to Hulu in June 2024: 'The Bear' Season 3, 'Brats' Documentary, More (2024)

As we head into the summer, Hulu is shaping up to be one of the most valuable streaming services to have in the month of June. Not only is one of the best shows on television returning for its third season, but the Disney-owned general entertainment platform is also launching a new comedy banner, and FX goes behind the scenes of one of the most explosive situations in recent sports history.

“The Bear” will drop all 10 of its Season 3 episodes on June 27 in what is undoubtedly one of the year’s most anticipated releases. However, that is not the only hot title coming to Hulu in June, the streamer will also launch its “Hulu’s Laughing Now” brand, the sports-focused series “Clipped” that dramatizes the downfall of Donald Sterling as the owner of the LA Clippers, and the documentary “Brats” that brings together members of the legendary Brat Pack to chronicle their rise to fame.

Hulu offers two subscription plans, its limited-commercials ad-supported tier for $7.99 per month, and the ad-free plan for $17.99. Subscribers are also able to pair the on-demand streamer with other Disney platforms Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu + Live TV in the Disney Bundle to save even more.

Hulu Stand-Up Comedy Collection | June 3, 14, and 28

Hulu recently announced the launch of its “Hulu’s Laughing Now” brand, which will add one new comic per month beginning in November, but the streamer will get a headstart this month with several new specials added to its stand-up comedy collection. From “RuPaul’s Drag Race” alums Jinkx Monsoon, Monét X Change, and Peppermint to circuit staples like Margaret Cho, Mike Birbiglia, Eddie Izzard, and Cameron Esposito, the biggest drop days will be June 3, 14, and 28.

FX’s “Clipped” Premiere | Tuesday, June 4

Based on the ESPN “30 for 30” podcast “The Sterling Affairs,” the new FX miniseries goes behind the scenes on a notorious NBA owner’s racist remarks, captured on a tape heard across the League and country, charting “the collision between a dysfunctional basketball organization and even less functional marriage, and the precipitating tape’s impact on an ensemble of characters striving to win against the backdrop of the most cursed team in the league.” Laurence Fishburne leads the cast as Doc Rivers opposite Ed O’Neill as Donald Sterling with Jacki Weaver, Cleopatra Coleman, Kelly AuCoin, J. Alphonse Nicholson, and more.

National Pride Celebrations | June 9, 12, and 30

Pride lasts all month (and all year), and Hulu will continue its streak for the fifth consecutive year of making some of the country’s major Pride parades and demonstrations available for national viewers on its Hulu Has Pride hub. On Sunday, June 9, you can catch the livestream of the L.A. Pride Parade, and then, catch the iHeart Radio & P&G “Can’t Cancel Pride” special livestream on Wednesday, June 12. Finally, wrap up the month with the streamer’s Pride Across America livestream on Sunday, June 30.

“Brats” Documentary Premiere | Thursday, June 13

Everybody wanted to be in the Brat Pack… except those who were in the Brat Pack. Directed by Andrew McCarthy, the new documentary reunites the former Brat Packer with his fellow friends, colleagues, and/or foes Rob Lowe, Demi Moore, Ally Sheedy, Emilio Estevez, Jon Cryer, Lea Thompson, and Timothy Hutton to discuss the iconic films of the 1980s and their career respective and collective careers, and to answer the question: What did it mean to be part of the Brat Pack?

FX’s “The Bear” Season 3 | Thursday, June 27

“The Bear” is back open for business. The 10-time Emmy Award-winning (dark) comedy series is back for its highly anticipated third season in a 10-episode full-season drop. Jeremy Allen White returns as Carmy, the classically trained chef who returns home to Chicago to take over and makeover his deceased brother’s sandwich shop. The series also stars fellow Emmy winners Ayo Edebiri and Ebon Moss-Bachrach, as well as its all-star ensemble of Lionel Boyce, Liza Colón-Zayas, Abby Elliott, Matty Matheson, and more.
