This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and a strong understanding of financial facility requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, exceptional leadership abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure project viability.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including finance teams, contractor, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with timely project completion, financial regulations, and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders regularly.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Monitor project expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant financial regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation to regulatory authorities.
• Lead and monitor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to team members.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen issues.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and changes orders.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective project delivery and relationship management.
• Manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers and ensure vendor performance meets project requirements and standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the financial facilities sector.
• Strong understanding of financial facility requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
